After Pentecost
Worship Service (11:00 – Noon)
Pentecost celebrates Jesus’ gift of the Holy Spirit to the church and how the Spirit works today. In Acts chapter 2, the breath of God fills dead hearts and brings them to life. The tongues of fire symbolize the Christian believer’s calling to shine brightly in the world. Finally, the tongues break down barriers between people and pave the way for the Gospel to be proclaimed to all nations!
